Questions before you call

If water is moving, skip this page and call (407) 900-8996.

How fast can you get here?

In the Orlando metro a technician is typically rolling within the hour when a crew is available. Call (407) 900-8996. Do not wait on the form if water is still moving.

Do you work with homeowners insurance?

Yes. Most sudden water losses are insurance jobs. We write moisture maps and photos from the first hour and will talk to the adjuster. We cannot promise what a policy covers.

Should I call a plumber first?

Stop the water. If a pipe is still open, a plumber or the shutoff valve is first. Then we extract and dry. A plumber who closes the pipe and leaves you with a wet pad has only finished half the job.

Do you work nights and weekends?

Yes. 24/7 emergency response. The office desk is Monday–Friday 9–5. Crews roll any hour.

Is mold something you handle?

Yes. We are state licensed for mold assessment and remediation. If you can see or smell growth, we contain, remove, and dry the source. We do not diagnose species or give medical advice.

What should I do until you arrive?

Shut the water. Kill power to the wet room if you can do it dry. Move furniture. Do not shop-vac sewage. Kitchen and bath steps are on the flood guide.
